Numana's fascinating beauty undoubtedly comes from the two giants that surround it: the sea to the east and the Mount Conero natural park all around it, each characterised by their peculiar scents and colors of extraordinary charm. This hamlet of fishermen overlooking the sea has always respected nature, and preserved the most magnificent artwork, building romantic alleys and small colored houses. Numana Alta preserves some of its most exciting historical and artistic treasures: the medieval Tower, of which we can still see the arch, which was the bell tower and the sacristy of the parish church, or the Antiquarium which gathers and exhibits the synthesis of the historical-cultural evolution of the Conero, from the prehistoric age to the Roman empire. There is also a 17th century fountain, built with ancient stones, and the episcopal palace built in 1773, nowadays the site of the Municipality. Moreover, in the summer season the town's main square turns into a site for pleasant feasts under the stars. The walk in the historical center is guided by the lights of the various cafes and typical shops that can easily distract you from the route. But most of all it will be the scent coming from the local restaurants that will lead you astray! A few steps from the hotel there is also the Costarella, a wonderful staircase which connects Numana alta with the Numana bassa's seafront. The perfect place where to live your vacation, already dreaming of coming back...
